1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered games77 player account created through the games77 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their games77 Account using a supported payment method, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free spins awarded by games77 under specific promotional terms and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required by games77 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or has been self-excluded from the games77 Platform.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date from which these Terms & Conditions apply.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the games77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming. games77 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.

• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise unable to enter into enforceable agreements may not register.
• Not a Prohibited Player: You must not be a Prohibited Player as defined in Section 1. Self-excluded players who attempt to circumvent their exclusion are in material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. games77 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where verification fails.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on games77, you must create a registered Account. The following terms govern your Account:

1. One Account Rule: Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) games77 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. games77 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts.
2. Registration Information: You must provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. games77 may require additional identifying information as part of KYC verification at any time.
3. Account Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your games77 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. games77 will not be liable for any losses, including the loss of funds, arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4. Account Ownership: A games77 Account is personal to the registered holder and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights or benefits attaching to it to any other person.
5. KYC Verification: games77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification — at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
6. Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your games77 Account at any time by contacting player support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of applicable KYC requirements, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the games77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: games77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods are subject to change at games77's discretion.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Peso) per transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance, depending on the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.
4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed same-day for GCash and Maya transfers, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. games77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
5. Withdrawal Requirements: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and must have wagered your deposited amount at least once (1x). Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement disclosed at the time the bonus was awarded.
6. Source of Funds: All funds deposited into your games77 Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. games77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be refunded and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
7. Transaction Fees: games77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own fees for which games77 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

games77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all games77 promotions, unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible players who have a fully verified games77 Account in good standing. Prohibited Players, self-excluded players, and players with suspended accounts are not eligible for bonuses.
2. Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly disclosed on the relevant promotion page prior to the Player opting in. games77 commits to displaying wagering requirements in a clear and accessible manner.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the time period specified for each promotion will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
4. One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, including through duplicate accounts, constitutes bonus abuse.
5. Bonus Abuse: games77 monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses, using strategies that exploit bonus terms to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
6. Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions: games77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where there is reason to believe a promotion is being exploited or misused.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following terms govern your conduct and the determination of outcomes on the games77 Platform:

1. Game Rules: Each game available on the games77 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
2. Random Number Generation: All games77 casino games that involve random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG produces statistically random results that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player action or games77 system intervention.
3. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the integrity of a game round or wager, games77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. games77 will not be liable for losses arising from malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
4. Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the games77 Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view and are subject to change at games77's discretion.
5. Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with games77 Player Support within 72 hours of the disputed event. games77 will review the relevant game server logs, which constitute conclusive evidence of game outcomes. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be accepted.
6. Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on games77, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and sabong, are subject to additional sports betting rules available on the relevant market pages. Settlements are made based on official results from the relevant governing body or recognized statistical authority.

7 Responsible Gaming

games77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices among all players on its Platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings page. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will not take effect for at least 24 hours.
2. Session Time Controls: Players may set session duration limits that will notify them or log them out after a defined period of continuous play.
3. Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display the amount wagered and time elapsed during a session.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the games77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one games77 Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games where player interaction affects outcomes, including live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the games77 Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or unknown errors will be forfeited.
• Using the games77 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. games77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the games77 Platform through your payment provider or financial institution.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward games77 staff, Player Support representatives, or other players in any community or chat feature.
• Accessing the games77 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, where you are doing so knowingly.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the games77 Platform — including but not limited to the games77 brand name, logo, visual design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of games77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the games77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any games77 Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any games77 software;
• Create derivative works based on games77 content or branding;
• Use the games77 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of games77 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, games77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

games77 shall not be liable, under any legal theory, for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, hardware or software failures outside games77's direct control, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• The content, accuracy, or legality of third-party game provider software operated on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other payment processor.

11 Termination

games77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• games77 has reasonable grounds to believe your Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by games77;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent Philippine authority require games77 to do so;
• Continuation of your Account poses a risk to games77's compliance obligations, reputation, or other players.

Upon termination for material breach or fraud, games77 may forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in your Account. In all other cases of termination, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you following completion of any applicable verification requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the games77 Platform, you agree to first contact games77 Player Support to seek informal resolution. games77 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents games77 from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

games77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, games77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the games77 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
